The service and your purchases
CONTE is provided by Giancarlo Cormio; contact: contacts@getconte.app. Content you share remains yours and is intended for the people or groups you choose. Do not share unlawful content or violate others’ rights; reporting and blocking are available in the app. The Apple standard licence agreement also applies to the iOS app.
GEMs and customisation
GEMs are virtual credits for unlocking in-app content and features. They are not money, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchase price and contents are shown before confirmation; the store’s price is definitive. Unlocks are linked to your CONTE account. Test credits have no monetary value.
CONTE Plus
Plus is an automatically renewing monthly subscription: the reference price in Italy is €4.99 per month. The currency, taxes and applicable price are those displayed by the store before confirmation.
With active Plus you receive 250 GEMs each day you open CONTE with your account and an internet connection for verification. Days use the Europe/Rome time zone, resetting at midnight in Italy. Only one credit per day, even across multiple devices; missed days do not accumulate. Refund-related balances may offset the credit. Plus removes mandatory ads; rewarded videos remain optional.
Renewal, cancellation and restoration
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Manage or cancel it before renewal in Apple subscription settings. Benefits remain until the paid period expires, except in case of refund or revocation. Previously credited, unspent GEMs do not expire when Plus ends, subject to refunds, fraud or corrections.
The subscription is linked to the CONTE and Apple accounts used to purchase it; Family Sharing is unavailable. Use GEMs → Restore subscription to recover it. Uninstalling CONTE or deleting your account does not stop renewal: cancel in the store too.
Rewarded videos and testing
Where available, a completed rewarded video gives 100 GEMs, with at least 30 minutes between rewards and a maximum of 10 per day in the Europe/Rome time zone. Availability depends on the ad service, connection and privacy choices; rewards are verified. Apple purchases in TestFlight are sandbox purchases with no real charge. Public purchases will become available after approval and launch.
Refunds and support
For Apple purchases, request help or a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Mandatory consumer rights and store conditions remain applicable. For credit or restoration issues, email contacts@getconte.app. Data handling is explained in our privacy policy.
